Travod is an international fast-growing translation agency based in the UK, that makes information accessible worldwide - we help more than 6000 brands localize their content in more than 120 languages, globally, every day.
Daily challenges:
- Manage the recruitment process (recruitment pipeline, promotion strategy, hiring stages, hiring tools)
- Build the job promotion strategy on different channels according to the employer branding strategy
- Monitor the hiring expenses and hiring statistics
- Manage the onboarding program for newcomers and exit process of employees
- Offer support in organizing the internal bonding activities for employees (learning circles, feedback sessions, periodical training sessions) for the purpose of talent keeping and growth in the organization.
What will make you succeed in this role?
- Advanced communication skills in English
- Experience in recruitment at least 1 year
- Persistence, self-motivation, ability to multi-task as well as having a proactive attitude towards self-learning
- Positive personality with an assertive attitude
